AInvestor SaaS Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, accepting these terms or using the SaaS, you enter into an agreement with AInvestor. You must be an adult with legal capacity and use the service in accordance with applicable law. If acting for an organization, you represent that you may bind it.

2. Nature of the service

AInvestor unifies account, portfolio, fund and market data to produce dashboards, reports, simulations, scores, alerts and explanations. Some features are experimental or offered in Beta and may change.

No personalized financial advice or suitability assessment. Gauge 360 may display scores, trends, technical indicators and general readings such as bullish, neutral or bearish. The educational profile may adapt framing, depth, examples, topics and visible exploration criteria; it changes neither data, scores nor analytical rankings and does not determine whether an investment is suitable for the user. These indicators, scenarios, Brainier responses and other analyses are educational and informational: they are not a personalized recommendation to buy, sell or hold a security, a solicitation, tax or legal advice, or a suitability guarantee. Consult an authorized professional where your circumstances require it.

3. No custody or automatic execution

AInvestor does not receive deposits, hold securities or maintain the official record of your accounts. Unless expressly stated for a future legally authorized service, AInvestor does not place orders or exercise discretionary authority. Decisions and transactions remain under your control at your institution.

4. Account and security

You must provide accurate information, protect your password, restrict device access and promptly report suspicious access. You are responsible for authorized activity from your account. AInvestor may require a reset, revoke sessions or suspend access to protect the service and users.

5. Data, AI and accuracy

Data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, converted between currencies or supplied by third parties. Historical calculations, ratios, values, scores and AI-generated content may contain errors. Verify material information with your broker, regulatory filings and primary sources before acting.

AInvestor seeks to distinguish facts, interpretation and missing evidence but does not promise completeness, real-time availability or absolute accuracy.

6. Third-party integrations

Questrade, Disnat, Stripe, data, AI and other services remain governed by their own terms and policies. A third-party outage, API change, revocation, error or decision may limit AInvestor. Subject to mandatory rights, AInvestor is not responsible for third-party acts, fees, decisions or outages.

7. Licence and intellectual property

AInvestor grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the SaaS under your plan. Software, interfaces, trademarks, models, taxonomies, scores, text, visuals and methods belong to AInvestor or its licensors.

You retain rights in your data. You grant AInvestor limited permission to host, transform and process it only to provide, secure and improve the service under the Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited uses

• Sharing or selling access, bypassing plan limits or impersonating another person.
• Bulk extraction, scraping, resale or republication of data and analyses.
• Decompiling, probing or bypassing security except where mandatory law permits.
• Introducing malware, automating abusive loads or testing vulnerabilities without written authorization.
• Using AInvestor for fraud, market manipulation, unauthorized professional advice or unlawful activity.
• Uploading data you are not entitled to process.

9. Plans, Beta and payment

Features, limits, Brainiers, prices, taxes, renewals and cancellation terms are displayed at subscription. Beta users may receive temporary benefits without guaranteed cash value. Subject to mandatory rights, Beta benefits may evolve when the program ends, with appropriate notice.

No price change applies retroactively. Statutory cancellation, refund and renewal rights remain applicable.

10. Availability, changes and suspension

AInvestor aims for reasonable availability without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, cybersecurity, providers, markets or force majeure may interrupt service. AInvestor may change a feature but will notify users where a change materially affects a paid service.

An account may be suspended for security risk, fraud, non-payment, breach or legal obligation. Where reasonable, an opportunity to remedy will be provided.

11. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the SaaS is provided as available without a guarantee of financial outcome. AInvestor is not responsible for an investment decision made solely from the service, market loss or inaccurate third-party data.

Nothing limits a consumer right that cannot be waived or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation will be interpreted only as broadly as necessary to remain valid in Quebec and Canada.

12. Termination, governing law and contact

You may stop using the service and request account closure, subject to retention duties. Provisions intended by their nature to survive remain in effect.

These terms are governed by applicable Quebec and Canadian law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their place of residence. Contact beta@ainvestor.world with a question, complaint or dispute.

13. Changes

The version and date appear above. Material changes will be communicated and may require renewed acceptance. Continued use may be unavailable without accepting a required version.
